-
Is there a changing room and shower? There is a bathroom in the house that serves as a changing area. Use of the shower is not available.
-
What should I wear to my lesson or class?Wear what's comfortable to you! We suggest something stretchy, as tight, unyielding clothes may constrain your movement. Be aware that your lesson may include movements such as lying on your back with your legs in the air, so if your shorts/pants are baggy they may ride up! Classes and lessons are done with bare feet or socks as you prefer, no shoes. Some people like the socks with grips on the bottom so they can keep their feet warm without slipping - we're good with those! And if you have long hair you may want to tie it back. Please refrain from pants with zippers on the backside, as they scratch and puncture the mats. And please refrain from wearing strong scents.
-
What should I bring to my in-person lesson? Most importantly, you! Also, your method of payment unless you paid online. No need to bring a mat or other equipment, we'll provide those.
-
Is there a cancellation policy?Yes! We ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice if you have reserved a lesson or spot in class and need to cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged full price.
